Where we ship
We ship to the United States and Canada.
Cost
Standard shipping is free on every order.
Processing and delivery times
- Orders are processed in 1-3 business days.
- Most US orders arrive 5-11 business days after dispatch; Canadian orders usually take 7-15. Some take longer, especially around holidays.
Orders ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouse in China, which is why delivery takes longer than domestic shipping.
Tracking
You receive an email when your order ships. If tracking is available for your shipment, the link is in that email.
Customs and import fees
Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply at delivery. If you are charged a fee you did not expect, contact us with your order number.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived 20 business days after dispatch, contact us through the contact page and we will trace it, resend it or refund you.
Wrong address
Check your address before you pay. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away: we can change the address until the order is dispatched.
