Lift the weight off your afternoon

By mid-afternoon a growing bump can feel twice as heavy. This adjustable belt lifts from underneath and shares the load with your lower back and hips, so walking, working and standing feel lighter.

  • Lifts from below. A wide under-bump band supports the belly instead of squeezing it.
  • Adjusts as you grow. Hook-and-loop closures you tighten or loosen in seconds.
  • Breathable elastic fabric. Wear it over a thin layer for comfort.
  • Five sizes, S to 2XL. Choose by your measurement, not your usual clothing size.

Size guide

Measure around your lower abdomen, under the bump.

Size Lower abdomen
S 70-95 cm / 27.5-37.5 in
M 80-110 cm / 31.5-43.5 in
L 90-120 cm / 35.5-47 in
XL 110-130 cm / 43.5-51 in
2XL 110-140 cm / 43.5-55 in

How to put it on

  1. Place the wide back panel across your lower back.
  2. Bring the band under your bump and fasten it so it lifts without squeezing.
  3. Lay the upper strap over the top of the bump and adjust the side tabs until it feels supportive, not tight.

How to wear it

Wear for two to three hours at a time and take breaks. A support belt does not replace advice from your doctor or midwife: check with them before use, especially with circulation or blood pressure concerns.

Sound familiar?

As your bump grows, your lower back and hips carry more of the load.

The 3 pm ache

By mid-afternoon your lower back feels like it has already done a full day.

Hands under the bump

On walks and stairs you catch yourself holding your belly up.

Standing gets long

Cooking, queues, work on your feet: every week it feels a little heavier.

The belt lifts from underneath and shares the weight with your lower back and hips, so the active part of your day feels lighter.

Choose your size

Built to carry the load with you

A wide band under the bump, a panel across your lower back and a strap over the top. Together they lift from below and share the weight, so walking, working and standing feel lighter.

Why afternoons feel heavier

Low back pain is one of the most common complaints in pregnancy. By mid-afternoon the weight of the bump is easy to feel. A support belt lifts from underneath and shares that load with your lower back and hips, so you can keep moving.

Frequently Asked Questions

Sizing, wear and delivery, answered.

Measure around your lower abdomen, under the bump, and pick the size whose range includes your number: S 70-95 cm, M 80-110 cm, L 90-120 cm, XL 110-130 cm, 2XL 110-140 cm. Go by the measurement, not your usual clothing size. Each size adjusts across its range with hook-and-loop closures.

Place the wide panel across your lower back, bring the band under your bump and fasten it, then lay the upper strap over the top of the bump and adjust the side tabs. It should feel supportive, not tight.

Wear it for two to three hours at a time and take breaks. A support belt is for comfort during activity, not for all-day wear.

The belt is made to lift, not to compress. It should feel snug, never tight: you should be able to slide two fingers under the band and breathe easily. If you have high blood pressure, circulation concerns or any pregnancy complication, check with your doctor or midwife before using it.

A belt is a support for busy parts of the day, not a replacement for movement. Wear it two to three hours at a time, take breaks and stay active. If you are unsure, ask your midwife or physiotherapist.

Yes. You can sit at a desk or in the car with it on, and the hook-and-loop closures open in seconds.

There is no fixed week. Check with your doctor or midwife before you start, especially if you have circulation or blood pressure concerns.

Yes, under or over clothes. We suggest a thin layer between the belt and your skin.

Orders are processed in 1-3 business days. Most US orders arrive 5-11 business days after dispatch; Canadian orders usually take 7-15. Shipping is free.

Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Worn or washed items cannot be returned unless they arrived faulty.
